Description
as death crept upon her, she focused her eyes upon Aira, her best friend and successor. Sophie knew what kind of burden she carried with her from the future; to save her from an inevitable fate, which was her own death. now that it has come to this, she is no longer able to fight for her friends, for humanity, for this planet she called her home. a new hero must emerge to take her place as a defender of the beautiful planet earth. feeling the cold embrace of death upon her face, she knew she may have succeeded in protecting her loved ones, mankind and Earth for some time, yet she has failed to attain her lifelong goal that drove her from childhood; for everyone to live in peace with one another. that mission belonged to Aira now. ''Optimus...I now understand why...you had to sacrifice everything. so that others may live...'' she thought to herself ''I guess...I will be seeing you now on the other side.''
she turns her gaze to Aira one last time and said ''Aira...it's up to you now. you have to take my place...and save this planet and its people...just...don't be as stupid as I was, okay?'' she said smiling weakly. even as she was dying, she still had her sense of humor. Aira tearfully nodded, and with her final breath, she spoke ''Aira...I can't see you...it's getting dark...''
and so her eyes closed and her body went limp. the arm she extended towards the blue haired warrior fell on the ground. ''Sophie! NO!!'' She said as more tears were spilled out of her eyes. she has failed...failed once more to save her friend and mentor. ''why? why does it always happen?? I-It's like...She was meant to die from the beginning...! this isn't fair! This Isn't fair at all...!!''

moments later, a purple glow appeared on Sophie's chest, revealing to be the Amulet of Rebirth. glowing in radiant purple color that cut through the darkness of the cavern they were in. it could no longer serve as Sophie's source of power now that she was dead. it awaits a new hero worthy of being its keeper in her place. Aira could only imagine what kind of burden She would have to carry if she would have the amulet within her. she definitely felt unworthy of having such task...Sophie was A Lythian, an advanced alien being from another planet. and She was only a human who was trained under her in the future. Aira had two options in her mind...either take the amulet of rebirth and save the world, or try to find a way to bring the girl she admired back to life?

(This is just a short scene of a story I will do soon XD)
