Description
This is my version of Ruffy's (or Luffy's depending on region) Gear 4th transformation in sprite form. I did this for my SSF2 mod that I'm currently working on.Here is the video:

The Gear 4th sprites and some assets were made by Pejota1. I just recoloured them to the palette that I use and made them smaller. (I don't know why they seem to be a bit blurry in he .gif, because they aren't in the game and in the original files that make the .gif either.)

Is this a file from Bleach vs Naruto? If so then I don't mod that game and if you plan on using my sprites for it (or was it simply just you choosing a random sprite animation of him) you will have to get perimission for them first.

That's not the issue. I can open the game's stuff on my own too, but the coding and other things like that are completely new to me. Not to mention that I'm not familiar with the game and it's mechanics either.

I'm not exactly sure on what you mean by that, because his arm is the same size. Only it's position changes.
Maybe you mean the ones that are before the air blowing part, but there it doesn't get smaller either only the perspective is different.

Β they totally get smaller at least they look like it. after the white frame his skin turns red and the arms get smaller (along with the sudden position change)

Oooh you mean the frames before the transformation's end. That's how it was in the anime too. He has grown larger and then condensed himself to his Boundman form.
