Ok....If I were going to visit these gardens in Oregon...when would be the best time to see it? (Summer, Winter, Fall, or Spring?)

Personally, I love fall! LOVE it! Spring is my 2nd choice, I will be going back to enjoy the cherry blossoms. This weekend is peak colors for fall at the gardens, if you went this weekend or next, then you'll come away very happy. I'll be there Friday morning.
