Yeah, am I the only one who is reading "Reckless" by Cornelia Funke?????Seriously, there is like NO fanart. I realize it came out recently but jeez! lol.
so I guess I'll just have a lonesome fanart. Of course, this isn't the only piece of "Reckless" work coming your way, fellow deviants.
lol.
Anyway, this is Will Reckless from the book "Reckless" by Cornelia Funke.
Here's a summary: "Reckless" is about Jacob Reckless(yes, that's his last name) who stumbles upon a magical world behind a mirror when he is 12 years old. The Mirrorland is built on fairytales, where child-eating witches and dark faeries live. 12 years after discovering the mirror and carefully keeping both of his worlds seperate, and Jacob makes a huge mistake. His younger brother, Will, stumbles into the mirror after him and is attacked by one of these stone creatures called "Goyl". Due to a curse by the Dark Fairy, any human attacked, but not killed, by a Goyl starts growing flesh of stone. But the biggest problem isn't that Will is becoming a vicious Goyl, but that he is becoming the fabled Jade Goyl-and if the Goyl King Kami'en captures Will, he'll become invincible! So Jacob is on a race against time to save Will from becoming Jade forever. He is joined by his trusted friend Fox, who happens to be a girl who can tun into a fox due to a magical fur dress; Clara, the lovesick Will's equally lovesick girlfriend; and the comedic Valiant, who is a double crossing dwarf.
Basically I drew Will and made a pretty green background. yeah, that's what I did. lol.

FINALLY. By deviantart's standards, this book might as well not exist. xP I'm reading it right now, and its' awesome. This isn't quite how I imagined Will, but you really got his essence nevertheless.

you only get to know that he is 25years old and has dark brown hair...

I think he has light hair, because you know that Jacob has dark hair and that they(Jacob and Will) don't look alike.There also is a picture(from Cornelia Funke) of them where Will has light hair but it is a black and white picture so it's hard to tell...

I imagine Ian Somerhalder/Damon from The Vampire Diaries when I think of Jacob, so if I draw him he'll look like that...
