Here is my take on the ROTF Leader class Megatron toy.I added some bulk to his gimp arm, modified his murder arm to have an elbow and added unique textured rust effects to the bot and alt modes. More pics at my Flickr account [link]

Cut the arm in half at the point where an elbow SHOULD have been, hollowed it out, stuck a ball joint in and glued and molded the ball-joint housing to the arm. Took the male connection from the ball joint and inserted it into a hole i had drilled out of the other end of the arm and glued it and molded it. Done.
