Yep, I'm one of the many people that have recently been addicted to the new anime by those crazy Gainax people: Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt!

Truth be told she was made for the meme that I was doing and I had spent so long thinking up an outfit for her I just decided "Why not make her a fan character then?" and so heres Tie (It was Lace at first but I thought about the transformation scene and tie came to me instead)

If I was going by the theme of the characters she would be "Wrath" She has a bad temper and a sailors mouth when it comes to it. She also doesn't hold back on her aggressiveness either.
I have to admit her Angel outfit was fun to do and I had to look up clothes for her normal outfit. I think I did well with the style, blocky hands and pointy joints and such.

EDIT: After looping "RRRUURRU!" about 90 times I feel like making her Demon opposite
