Hey, at least this turned out better for Godzilla than the last time he washed up on the beach. This one time G was swimming towards an island, he overshot his target and ended up surfacing on the the beach instead of the water. I heard he ate a lot of sand that day... and a couple of kids

Thanks! Yeah I read that he actually lay dormant throughout the rise of those civilizations, but I was just imagining a scenario in which he surfaces to catch a few rays at the expense of the local fleet
