Lavender is my character from my story.I own the character.
I created a outfit that incorporates all the 3 elements of japanese, korean, and chinese garbs that I find to be the most pretty into one XD.
I love the long sleeves of the kimono but I hate the stiffness of the attire.
I love the bow of the korean outfits but I hate how it just hangs there and doesn't seem to have a solid bond to the outfit.
I love the free flowing form of the chinese outfits .. and well XD i just love everything about their clothes so that's that.

One question for you, however: The faded areas that seem more pixellated than the others (such as the cupped hand over the stomach and the bottom of the out-turned sleeve)...were those intentional?

If u want to make faded edges intentional just take the eraser and set it to a splatter brush with a a low opacity and dot / erase it away.
but no it wasn't intentional. XD the drawing was "very" messy when I scanned it in because I was working on it all day to make a nice outfit at work. So I had to do about 10 minute of touch ups in PS to make it not look that way XD
