Very cute in various ways possible. I'm amazed as to how Luna was able to move blocks with her mind (or magic as the case may be). I like how you did this fanart.
Let's see, how else do I describe this? The idea is very creative, the alicorn foal is very cute and determined. Okay, I must face it: Luna is one of the cutest fillies that I ever seen. Who knew that this alicorn was once Nightmare Moon, right? Right.
