Great story behind it... simple, and leaves the rest to the imagination as to what happened. Beautifully done.

I really like both the rendition of the child as well as the implication of the title.
The only thing I wonder how the clothes seem to fit the child so well - I think the story would have been conveyed more powerfully if the child had been in too-large clothes and with a too-large wizard's hat on its head...
