I know... and school is intentionally a bitch about sleep habits... they expect you to get a full night's sleep yet they load you up with HW everynight. If you didn't have other events going on around you that's nearly impossible.

BTW, have you kind of noticed they talk more about 8 hours of sleep rather than 10 sometimes?

LOL Yeah it's nearly impossible for the sports people to get any work done after hours of practice and games and stuff.
And yeah, they always say 8... I'm never good unless I get like... 11 or 12 LOL

Or my case where I have a job, I normally don't get DONE at 9 o. So there goes my chance for 10 hour sleeping easily. (I leave for school at 7 and awake at 5-6 AM)
