Anyways I'm tired of your strict perfectionism. I want to use my own style, not sit around making sure they look exactly like the original art, because that's boring and uncreative.

Take it into the color picker in photoshop, the midtone and not the high-light is definitely orange. Its not perfectionism, even a 5 year old can see tails is orange you silly billy. Why spend all this time making popular character look stupid and "yours" when you could develop original ideas, or at least do better sonic fanart?

I have taken the color picker to it. The main hue not the core shadow.

My artwork is just fine, I've yet to hear a real reason why it could be considered bad. As if claws or toes are a big deal, they don't affect the picture at all.
