I'm uploading this now in case I screw it up adding the background.If all goes well I'll just overwrite this one with the finished one.
Backgrounds are my biggest weakness in drawing I think. Backgrounds and humans.
If you've seen any of the Sonic Riders Zero Gravity Races me and my friends recorded that involve Silver, he ends up saying this to almost everyone and everything.

Prismacolor artists pens/cartooning pens. The B pen is for the outer lines and I use .3, .5, and .8 for the inner lines.

Prismacolor colored pencils, same as usual. But this one is on printer paper instead of sketch paper, so there's no texture.
