Neeko is as sweet as they come but he is also a big time trouble maker. He is a great friend, caring and gentle but still young at heart. When he's not causing trouble he's off exploring which almost always ends with him getting into some sort of mischief. He is also a big jokester which is why he and Thorn are such good friends. He is a bit of a narcissus which is why he likes hanging around with big groups of friends and making jokes to draw attention to himself. He is attracted to others that share in his bold personal and does not mind his desire to travel and get into trouble.

Neeko was kicked out of his herd when his mischievous behavior almost seriously hurt a few of the other herd members. He traveled for a while on his own until he ran into Thorn. The stallions traveled together for a while until Neeko found another herd to join. Occasionally he will wonder off with some of his friends for a few days but he always returns to the herd in the end. He has no real desire to settle down and start a family but isn't completely against the idea when the time is right.
