Reflecting on her outfit as she fixed the clasp on the “borrowed” necklace Sophie was happy with the sixties style look she went for.

“Could this look any cooler” she said to herself. Not realising the magical property of the acquired necklace a spark filled the room. Instantly something felt off. Sophie touched her face and dashed to the mirror. Her skin felt tough and inflexible and lumpy. When she looked in the mirror it was green!

Screaming she ran down the stairs. What had happened? Half way down she stumbled as her feet became inflexible watching in horror her legs were pulling back into her torso. Scrambling to pull of her tights but not wanting to look she gazed in horror as her legs merged to one rounding into a sort of stump and turning as green as her face.

Before she could think her arms began to deflate and shrink until she was just a torso. She felt the changes from her legs spread up her body causing the dress and underwear to split and fall alway. She looked down as her body because as her legs eventually reaching her neck causing it to to widen her head unable to move as further changes engulfed it.

As neck and head widened she felt her hair fall away she was completely bald and plant like now. As her face widened and a more pointed shape formed on her head her new slightly curved form caused her to fall backward and rock slightly unable to move for itself. Sophie was now a giant cucumber and could only stare eyes and slight impression of her former face on her tough bobbly green skin all that remained of her former self
