Happy Birthday Brandi! This is your present.Manga type style isn't my usual preference, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't find this piece to be enjoyable.
I've personally never played the game, so please forgive me if anything is wrong/ missing. I couldn't figure out which paw the chain went on, as each picture I looked at as reference seemed to put it on a different one. D:
I will give you the original lineart at school on Monday.

The chain can be on either paw, it depends on the version of the game. On the gamecube it's the left paw and the Wii flipped everything so there it's on the right one.

The background is fantastic, it gives the entire piece a great atmosphere! I love the shading, too. The pose is quite dynamic and I think you did very well with interpreting his design. I only think the fairy could be a little more defined, but it's a very good artwork anyway.
