Though I doubt Macross (The first arc) will appear in the Live Action Movie considering Harmony Gold only has the rights to make merchandise with Macross (Ie. Comics, Toys, or games) They wouldn't be allowed to reproduce anything Macross on the big Screen less they want to get sued by the creators of Macross.
