First off, color in SAIThe only time I use PS7 was for the highlighting part.
'-' Just thought I'd share how I do eyes?
It was hastily done.... and the highlight brush kinda killed it but if you shrunk the eye down, it looks fine!

In step 6, do you mean use lighter color as the layer mode?
And what does SAI stand for?

SAI is a paint program :3 I love it since it's smoother than PS7 as far as coloring goes
As for step 6, use a lighter color than the highligted part of the eye :3
I also never use any blendmodes on my eye, just brushing + highlighter in PS7 :3

Where can you download SAI, and is it free?

you can get a free trial but it's about 50-60 bucks :3 cheaper than the pther paint programs and is used in a lot of art circles <3
