So i drew Ruby using my redesign for her.She is also showing a glimpse of her Maiden powers, which is something I am 99.8% certain she has in the show.
edit: How does that look like Jaune's chestplate?

Well I guess this is outdated. Maybe you should redraw this with how Ruby's outfit is now. Unfortanate that the theory that her eyes was maiden powers was false. Instead SPOILER *She has the ability to turn Grimm to dust literally and apparently this stems from the brother of light.*

As to your question on Jaune's chest-plate: I am 98.72% positive that Jaune is going to bite it at some point (he IS based on Joan of Arc after all). That's probably your answer

Looks like the other 0.1% was correct. She's a Silver-eyed Warrior. But this is a good outfit for her. I personally hope all the characters get new outfits in the next volume. Ruby could add a little more silver armor to her outfit.

I came back to this when I realized how close to the truth you were. The only difference is that her eyes must be glowing white and she would have to wear Pyrrha's head piece

ruby dosnt have the power of any of the maidens... She's got the power of the Wizard who gave the Maidens their powers.
at least that's what the evidence points to in the last episode

From what I can say about team RWBY being the four maidens:
Ruby could be Spring, Yang as Summer, Blake as the Fall maiden (I know, I know that it could be Pyrrha but who knows?), and obviously Weiss as the Winter maiden. I would explain the whole explanation but then I can't be bothered to type something that long

I think that the glow the eyes of the Maidens are the same color as the Maidens were depicted in the story.

There's a popular variation of that theory that Summer was a maiden before she died, and that the last person she thought about was Ruby, and it just so happens that she (Ruby) hasn't exactly discovered that she had those powers just yet, if that made sense...

I didn't necessarily say that I support those theories though. I just follow them due to how interesting they are, and to see just how many of them are proven right or wrong as each new episode/chapter comes.
With that said though, I seriously hope you don't actually think I worry about these things and don't, as you put it, "just try to enjoy the show and wait a bit". I mean seriously, shit's getting REALLY interesting as of lately.

but how do we know that, the one shown here is fire only. in the episode that eye flare means nothing seeing as autmn used all sorts of abilities in the flash back. have you been watching? ice, rain, thunder, lightning. fire. she uses them all before cynder did anything to get them.

Also, I like the idea that she is the summer maiden, which is why I drew her with the eye fire. It's just a fan theory however.
