95% Custom (Head is mostly re-edited)
Tools: Ulead GIF Animator 5(Animation), MSpaint (Editing and Fixing), GraphicsGale (Everything else)
Time Taken: 16 Hours total

oh, you based it off of Raven from Elsword right? I play Elsword alot. in fact I'm also trying to do sprite versions of moves from games like Elsword and Getamped2....not easy.
So I was wondering how do you manage to do it, do you carefully observe the game, or do you use a program to help you look at the characters at your pace? that could really helpΒ

If a game has snapshots, then you can do frame by frame and use the snapshots as a Reference (like SSBB). I don't use the snapshots on elsword, what i do is to either record myself doing the combo or find youtube videos of the combo then I convert it to a video file and use Photoshop to set it as a gif.
