For some reason I get the feeling Kaiba said something stupid right before this pic. Like:
"I WILL beat you Yugi! Rawr!" I like it though, you don't see too many pics of them just having a good laugh. Yugi's expression is priceless!

Yugi looks absolutely wonderful! I want to laugh with him.
Yami's pose is a little awkward; he's a bit stiff for someone laughing. His hips are also a bit too narrow; generally, a man's hips are as wide as the top of his ribcage, at his armpits (as opposed to a womans which are as wide as her shoulders). His expression would look better with the same eyebrow shape Yugi has.
The rest of him is splendid, though; the detailing on both is beautiful. ^_^ I love Yami's flares.
