BIC: Sweetie Belle was bored. Appleblossom had told her that she would be back later because she wanted to help Applejack with apple picking to see if she would get her cutie mark. Sweetie Belle sighed. Scootaloo, Sweetie Belle, and Appleblossom had all been trying to get their cutie marks. Sweetie Belle wondered what Scootaloo was doing right now. She looked at the ground until she bumped into something. It was soft and warm. Sweetie Belle looked up. Rarity was standing right in front of her, apparently shocked and suprised from the jolt she recieved when Sweetie Belle and her horn bumped into her chest. Rarity smiled softly as she realized it was just one of the little Cutie Mark Crusaders. She realized Sweetie Belle looked sad. "Why are you sad Sweetie Belle dear?" She bent down and nuzzled Sweetie Belle. Sweetie Belle closed her eyes. Rarity had always been almost like a mother to her, since she didn't know where hers was. Sweetie Belle smiled and pulled away, watching as Rarity pulled her head up. "Appleblossom is busy trying to get her cutie mark, and I don't know where Scootaloo is, so I'm all alone!" She sighed, frowning as she thought. Rarity smiled a little, "Well... how about you come help me in the boutique? I have some costumers there who have been waiting for me since 12:00! And now it's 12:05. Maybe you'll even get your cutie mark!" Rarity winked at Sweetie Belle and smiled. Sweetie Belle lit up like a firefly and gasped, "Really?" Rarity nodded, "Of course dear! Come along now!" Rarity turned around and started trotting off. Sweetie Belle was dazed, maybe she would get her cutie mark! She shook her head to get out of her dream and galloped to catch up to Rarity, smiling the whole time.

Sweetie Belle chuckled, she knew Scootaloo had always wanted to be like Rainbow Dash, "Did you do it perfectly?" She asked, tilting her head. She knew Rarity was waiting for her, so she turned around and gave her a look that said I'll catch up in a minute.

Scotaloo: Naaah... I kind of, um, crashed. Again. *hangs head*

Sweetie Belle smiled and trotted over to Scootaloo, nuzzling him with her own white head, "It's okay! Remember what the Cutie Mark Crusaders say?" She lifted her chest, "Practice makes perfect!"

Sweetie Belle looked at her friend sadly, "I don't know Scoot... why can't we all get our cutie marks already? I guess we just have to try until we do!" She looked at the now distanced Rarity, still trotting to her boutique, "Hey Scoot. Wanna help me with Rarity's boutique?" She nudged Scootaloo and smiled. "It'll be fun! And maybe we'll even get our cutie mark!

Sweetie Belle kept walking, finally catching up to Rarity, who was almost at the Boutique. The Boutique or, Salon, as some ponies called it, was called Rarity's Boutique. Sweetie Belle walked into the Boutique, sitting down in a chair and waiting for Rarity and Scootaloo to walk in. Rarity arrived, and saw that only two ponies where there. She assigned a pink one with purple and white hair to Sweetie Belle. The ponies name was Grape Soda. She assigned the other one, who was blue and had red and white hair named America, to Scootaloo.

Rarity turned around, "Ask her what she wants" Rarity said simply, knowing Sweetie Belle knew exactly what to do. Scootaloo hadn't really helped in her boutique before, so of course she wouldn't know what to do. Rarity knew she had to be easy on her. She looked over and saw Sweetie Belle scrubbing in shampoo on Grape Soda's head and lathering it.

America smiled, Rarity had told her there would be a new pony working. "I would like it shampooed with the scent of roses, and conditioned (Conditioner) with the scent of poppies, then, I would like three inches cut off my mane and my tail if you could do that" She smiled and settled into her chair.

Scotaloo: Hmmm... *starts wettening the customer's hair*

Sweetie Belle rinsed out the Grape scented Shampoo and started rubbing in the Fizz conditioner. She rinsed that out and started blow drying Grape Soda's hair.

Scotaloo: So hmm... *takes up shampoo bottle* I just... add this?

Sweetie Belle heard her friend Scootalo talk. She turned around and trotted toward her, "Does it say Rose Shampoo on it?" She asked.

Sweetie Belle looked the label over. It said, "R se Sham oo" Sweetie Belle nodded, "Yup, that's the one" She said, going back to cut Grape Soda's hair.

She finished curling her client's hair and let it dry in one of those seats where a blow dryer goes over your head and you can just sit there. When it was done, Grape Soda went to the counter and paid her Pony Coins and went out of the Salon as happy as ever. Sweetie Belle looked over at Scootaloo, "How are you doing?!" She yelled.

Sweetie Belle trotted over, "Just stay calm. America? Does it feel washed?" America turned her head slightly and nodded, "Just rinse it out Scootaloo. Then, start lathering in the Poppy Conditioner, It's right over on the counter by Rarity." She trotted over to Rarity, "Do you want me to do anyone else?" She was so excited that she got to do one today! She wanted to do another.

Scotaloo: Hooo-kay. *flushes water over over America's hair, rinsing it out*

Sweetie Belle watched as Scootaloo rinsed America's hair, "Now come and get the Poppy Conditioner! Then lather it gently!" She said, trying her best to help her friend.

America nodded her head. She was laughing really hard that tears had come to her eyes. "I'm just... ticklish there" She burst into laughter again. She was such a silly pony.

America tried her best not to laugh, "Don't worry, I'll try not to laugh, just finish. No worries" She chuckled quietly and tried her best to contain her laughter.

America stopped laughing by then, but her sides were sore. She waited patiently for the new person to finish rinsing. Sweetie Belle signaled for Scootaloo to rinse a little faster. "We have to close in half an hour, and you still haven't cut or dried her hair yet." She told Scootaloo.
