Happy 75th birthday Batman!I tried some new stuff on this one... the cape goes back to Todd Mc Farlane's on early Spawn episodes

All the background has been done digitally. For the river, I began with a black mass .Once I was good with my skyline, I duplicated the line of the city and turned it upside down. I turned it to white an played with gradient and opacity to blend it as i wanted. The rest is just done with a soft eraser to Give some light and reflections to the water. I got the stars and their reflections by using a variety of effect brushes as you can find anywhere on this site
Pretty simple technics by the way...
