It looks like he had a really good time.

I started messing around with Island Mode... I thought this scene was sweet. And I can strongly relate to the cherishing of the rare warm moment of friendship. I get sentimental about such things too, like "wow!! I actually hung out with someone! Cool!!!" I wasn't planning on spending so much time on this, but I liked how it was turning out and the scene made me feel happy. Actually, Hinata and Komaeda are kind of a bittersweet duo to me, since they got along great and were turning out to be such good friends and partners-in-crime-solving until... things happened.

You know how in bright sunlight, dark shadows can appear to have a reddish cast? I've been wanting to paint that. So I tried it out here because this game can be very sunny when it's not... well, dark. I hope I conveyed that sun-in-your-eyes look adequately.
