With over 3000 years of experience and a "perfect" lineage, Vulcan is well deserving of his place as right hand of the High Queen and Lord General of the Drake Empire, he possesses more than enough power to prove it to anyone who would challenge him.

As direct descendant of High King Helios (by about ten generations), he has worked hard to gain his place in the High Queen's court after one of his ancestors was dishonorably cast out, he intends to amend this blight on his clan's history and ensure it never happens again whatever the cost. His devotion to his work cost him his wife, but that same devotion made him acutely interested in his sons who he personally trained in various arts of combat as his own private army.
