acctually not.. just use normal light! i did the same, and i only used a normal lamp [link] ... obviusly it's not as good as this one but it's the same thing

I adjusted the lamp and the tripod so that the line of light would go through the drops, it takes a while, but shooting from low angle helps

I post process all my work, but rarely manip in the definition most people have off the word.
I enhance color, contrast, remove grain and sharpen.
