Description
I think this is my first deviation in the concept category, i find it really suited that one!I must say i am very pleased with this, among my best in my opinion.
Taken handheld with a Fujifilm F30 compact camera ( Who said you cant do stuff with a cheap cam ).
Post processing; Contrast , color , detail enhancement , grain removal , vignette , many small fixes.
When working with a single jpg it is important to do everything slow to avoid quality-loss.
I wanted this to be close to perfect, so i used a lot of time.
Any questions, just ask

Fantastic subject to shoot, you could do so much with that door frame. But this is a lovely shot.

I really like this new direction that your work is taking. It shows you are developing as an artist and that you're not afraid of a challenge, and it's great!

Where was it taken? Looks like a stunning place, and abandoned too.

Taken about 20 min from my house, Norway. If i remember correctly this is a place where the sheep's go around in the summer. No one lives there, so it is sort of abandoned indeed.

You norwegian people just have the most beautiful landscapes ever created, lucky you! By the way, the pictures tones just add to the feeling of decay that door frame has. Why would anyone leave from somewhere like this?
