Description
Lot of macros from me lately, i have rediscovered my love for liquids. 2 bubbles in the water surface, wanted a minimalistic touch to this one.
For lightning i have used a 60w Ikea lamp in the front to bring out the highlights in the drops, and natural daylight in the back for soft lightning.
Talken hand held with a 100mm macro lens.
Cropped for square and darkroom process in photoshop.
download for wallpaper but not for re-use.

Passende tittel...

I agree with everyone else, it's really awesome & I think they deserve to be on their own. I'm presuming they are just natural bubbles? Have you tried using glycerine? I used to put glycerine in with detergent for the kids blowing bubbles. Makes the film tougher.

Thank you Yes, it is water bubbles, actually using glycerin is not a bad idea, especially for drop splashes, it makes the surface and mass ticker. i did it on some of my previous shots.

I thought with you being such a drop enthusiast you would have heard of glycerine. If you got touchy teeth during a photo shoot you could dab some on to toughen them up. That's why I have it in the cupboard mainly, but I have a huge bubble maker, two sticks with cord between them in a circle. Need glycerine to keep those ones from popping.

Very pretty work as always, I like the abstract nature of your stuff - it has a more design aesthetic rather than a photographic one.
Nice choice of toning colour, and use of blur too

Thank you the 100mm lens is a beauty to work with, good distance and just the right amount of sharpness. Oversharpen is not nice, and makes the post-processing harder imo.
