I used a lot of time getting this shot right, because i wanted it to look artistic and not just a snapshot of a toy.
Taken handheld in morning light + low light lamp.
Cross processed and selective grain removal.
Any fav and feedback is very appreciated

I think the framing is too central and a bit of texture is lost in the post processing (unless everything really is that smooth and fuzzy). I faved the shot because it's very pleasant; beautiful colours and light; and I love gaming so this gets the nostalgia working.
But I would say for composition you should use the rule of thirds (I'm sure you know what I mean, if not, google).
The idea with a photo is to suggest a story or lead the eye and to place him a bit further right to the frame would suggest he is looking somewhere where the light is shining. By putting him centrally the image becomes static and you draw attention to the fact you're photographing a toy.

This is an awesome and epic photo. I love the sharp and crisp focus, the color treatment, the simplicity, every single bit about it! I really have nothing negative to say about this photo; I think it's one of those shots where you would really have to strain yourself to see anything negative about it, then again, that would be more of nitpicking than anything else. Awesome awesome shot, I wish I could take photos as well as you! Add fave definitely, hehe

Despite it being a shot of a toy, what makes this actually interesting to look at is the clearness, quality of lighting, and the vibrant color you've managed to capture. Of course for me, it's nostalgic because I grew up on Nintendo and of course I recognize Yoshi and appreciate this moreso that someone who didn't grow up playing video games might. It has to be said though, for a picture of a toy, whether or not one is familiar with it, it's a nice picture.
