Been wanting to make a quadruped Smeargle chara ever since I missed my chance to get a smeargle in by 20 min (would've been on time if I hadn't chosen to finish my trainer app b4 sending my note) His design is highly based off my bf's Jack Russell Terrier. Maybe one day he'll be added to my pokemon team
