This is Hikari in his human frm. Heis my Hetlia OC, and is hinas Capital of Bejng! Hi normal form is a green dragon (China's Bosses Grandson)! The green dimond on his forhead, when removed, Can give the weilder powers, but turns Hikari into a golden dragon statue, ad puts him into somewhat of a coma. He is somewhere around 4,056 yrs old, but ges by the human age of 19. He recently cut his hair to "fit in with the people nowadays", and is extreamly loyal to his master (Wich in this case would eithebe China or Xaldin from KH)......
