What gem did you use?
I have an issue with my extremely warm hands while carving wax.. need to solve it. getting harder wax or another kind of sculpting material.

Thanks! This was a Smoky Quartz that was so dark it was actually black.
What color wax are you using? I've started using blue wax and I like it quite a bit.

I tried black and red so far. I have a bit of blue somewhere.. I should try that!

Its alot of fun and opens up alot of possibilities. Have fun with it. Best part is, wax is cheap.
