Description
FULLVIEW PLEASEAn image nearly a year in the making, the concept for this painting came to the hubby last NDK and it took until now for me to finally get off my ass and finish it.
Bioshock 2 is certainly a different beast from the first game, and both have their outstanding qualities. I think it was easier to get behind the characters in 2, and Eleanor was a good daughter figure.
Also, it was a good excuse to play with underpainting and lighting.
Thanks to everyone who watched me stream this at its various stages! Initial color was probably the most exciting part.
Inks in SAI, everything else in Photoshop CS5, appx. 10 hours

You're my NDK hero for handling that so well. :< If you come by again next year, remind me and I'll give you a free one to make up for it. In the mean time I'll work hard and get some more stuff out!

Im flattered, I will hold you to it though, just make sure not to forget about me.
I look forward to your future works, And I thank you for your time.
~ oh and I tried to figure out why I was so drawn to this picture, I still havnt completely figured it out but perhaps its better that way. However I think it might have to do with her expression I think it properly conveys her emotions considering the sheltered controlled life she had, you also incorporated key elements of the game that were very symbolic to Bioshock 2. Definitely keep up the good work!

I can't guarantee that I won't forget a little over the course of a year--that's why I say remind me! I won't forget in the long term, don't worry.
Also, good work on the analysis, that's just what I was going for. Thanks again!
