OK heres a QUICK tutorial on how to do basic wings. I would do a big fancy one on also how to make more complex wing designs but I'm going on holiday today so yeah, screw that. I'll do it when I get back, I promise. If you can't read my awful hand writing then heres the steps again:1. Develope a basic shape, I usually use this.
2. Next add "outer" details to the wings such as individual feathers. Remember to allow the feathers to flow in different directions, usually following the direction of the basic curve.
3. Finally add individual "inner" features, make sure that they follow the direction of the outer feathers.

Oh seriously?? Is that a wing..? This tutorial is really old so I hope you, artist, know better these days that wings don't look like this.
