Description
A concept sketch for a side character that I sort of want to build on and make his own narrative. Taco is bad news, pretty manipulative and does whatever it takes to get his own way. He lives within the skeevy drug world, so it's eat or be eaten. He mostly focuses on drug buying and selling, but he also has his hands in a side project involving sex trafficking.
