Beautiful shot, well worth the wait.
I love koi, but since their too big for a fish tank, I opted for fancy goldfish

Those fish remind me of the outnumbered ones inside the restaurant of my sister's boss .. didn't know you called them koi. I remember also two years ago, I went back to Vietnam and we threw some food in the water ... well it wasn't a lake but there was a bridge over it, anyways, there were so many fish coming all at once. Pretty funny. ^^ Just to say this is a nice shot lol ^^

Yeah, the Koi are pretty big fishes. They look like carp which is a bottom feeder fish. Koi are alot more expensive and don't live in the wild as far as I know. The come in all kinds of color and yup, they love to eat.
