In honor of the 10th anniversary of the Dreamcast in the US, my boyfriend and I have been playing some old favorites this week. The Dreamcast in a lot of ways defined my college years, and playing through these games again is bringing back a lot of warm fuzzy memories. Anyway, I did a couple of sketches of some old Dreamcast classics to celebrate. Here's Beat from Jet Grind Radio.

Best Dreamcast game ever. They just released a Dreamcast collection to Xbox 360, but they DIDN'T INCLUDE JET SET/GRIND RADIO!!! ...which sucks... Maybe in the future...

MAN - I got this game free when I got my Dreamcast (when it was sadly going under) and thought it would be dorky; turns out it's one of my absolute favorite games out there! I bought an Xbox pretty much for the sequel O_o
This is a great job though! My personal favorite was YoYo, but Beat was awesome too. I also liked Combo with his boombox

I still can't play it worth a damn... sadly enough, the only DC game I have that I can even play and be good at is Marvel vs Capcom 2. I pwn n00bs.
