If you're talking about reading it online, just search for "History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi" on one of the gazillion manga reader sites on the internet (I would recommend Kissmanga cause you can read a whole chapter on one page). Be aware though that, like always with scanlations, the quality of the scan and translation can vary greatly
