Yeah Headmaster's are a bit weird (and I've always found the decision to make Daniel a headmaster for Arcee of all bots a bit odd, wouldn't Wheele have made more sense as they were closer friends.)

Definitely, but I am not pleased with the direction they decided to take the Dinobots in.
I just find the idea of decapitating yourself, even if you are a robot, having a little organic as your head and then the head being is own sentient being when you transform into your alt-mode to be very disturbing, which says a lot about me considering my tastes in video games and shows.

What Grimlock rebelling? That's kinda been a staple in tranformers, he does it in both the 80's marvel and IDW comics, and in a number of others he at least starts out as a Decepticon.
I think it's usually depicted as a more symbiotic thing, or that the 'body' was never sentient it's just a vehicle that the smaller headmaster controls.

No the Dinobots became the comic relief of the third season because they were kinda retarded, I think Hasbro was trying to pull a dumb and dumber with the Dinobots
