This category actually worked perfectly-- so strange a feeling!This is what I drew on the back of my sketchbook as a sort of cover. CMYK colored faber-castell giant brush pens. They've never had brush pens this big before-- and it's friggin' sweet.

I asked somebody what I should draw on my sketchbook and they told me to draw 'one of those scary fish,' so I did, haha.

Wow... I love that sketchbook feel it has... and the colors are awesome... And there are some shapes in there I really can't understand how ever did they come to your imagination... Like those broken brown pieces you can see in the "lit" places... Or is that just the notebook's texture...?

You mean the crisscrossing lines? I used a photo I'd taken of lights to add that effect-- just to give it another interesting layer of depth. All the other texture is just straight from the backing cardboard though haha
