Snow has its ups and downs. I live in the Northwest of the U.S., and it snows good when it does.
Ups: Fun in many ways you can think of! Sledding was my favorite when I was young, but now it's just waiting for the right about of ice and snow to use it at all. (Steel rail sleds are fun) Plus, if you are a kid, school might be closed for you! (My hometown usually never closes even at 3 feet high!)
Downs: Dammit, I need to get to work and college, and this snow is not letting me move! (Becomes very evident when you get a car and drive)
Snow is beautiful once you get the chance to settle down. It quiets the sounds, and it's very......soothing.
Hope you do get to see snow, and have your own opinion about it!
