Its not good to sit alone when you are depressed. Wine can only provide so much company.
It feels like the hardest thing to do, to reach out to someone when you are used to being the one to reach out too.
But even the strongest need an ear to listen, a shoulder to cry on, and in general someone to be there to pick them up off from the very pit they fell down in.
Not all voids are escapable alone, It's always great to have a friend to pull you out
