doodle while i shuffle through my unfinished stuff looking for something to pick up again if i can

lucas is my official test boy because he's the character i constantly draw in order to test stuff
and because i am never in anything but a state of testing stuff and jumping between styles he gets doodled constantly
it wasn't even a conscious choice, that's just how it ended up. if it was a choice i probably shouldn't have picked him cause that goddamn hair is impossible to draw in any style let alone good to use when i'm messing with something for the first time but here i am
frisk was my original test kid and then after i played mother 3 it shifted, i just let it happen naturally.. they're actually better for this because at least their hair is reasonable but at the same time it could be interpreted a lot of different ways so... i don't know!

either way i guess i've gotta go back to sorting through my files so i can be in the clear for new stuff... if i can think of anything to do that is.

oh yeah, i actually have a very strong attachment to pastel colors and all things pinkish so these kinds of colors are suuuper indulgent for me, i don't know why this hardly ever reflects in my art??
