+Oblivious--> In many ways Fleewood is still a puppy. He managed to keep his light hearted, care free nature despite the hardships of living as a stray. Sarcasm falls on deaf ears and he's immune to barbed words and cruel implications. Whether this is a positive or negative quality...well..we'll see.

+Care Free--> Words like 'stress' and 'responsibility' don't have important meanings to Fleetwood. As long his family is happy, he's happy. He sees his only job as making sure Louise, his little girl, is happy and always entertained. Fleetwood has no problems with dress up games and has been none to work some truly on point make up from time to time. He has a very 'why should I worry?' sort of attitude. Probably too many rewatches of a certain Disney film.

+Gentle--> While not a particularly large dog, Fleetwood isn't small either. Luckily he wouldn't hurt a fly even if it bit him on the ear. His mother, Roxanne, was a gentle and loving dog despite her circumstances and Fleetwood took that to heart. He's a great babysitter and often left alone with the young daughter because his owner knows there's nothing to worry about. But be careful, if you upset him he'll probably try to smother you in his mass of fluff. You've been warned.

+Compassionate--> Fleetwood has a huge heart and can't stand to see others upset or suffering. He'll gladly go out of his way to help however he can. Sometimes this needs to be pointed out to him however as, stated above, he's oblivious to most everything around him and isn't the best at detached or abstract thought.

+Forgiving--> Did someone say quack, cause I think we have a duck on our hands. Yeah I don't know. What I'm trying to say is everything just slides off Fleetwood like water on a duck's back. Or something. He understands everyone gets upset sometimes and does things they don't mean. Far be it from him to hold a grudge against something so trivial. The only dog this doesn't hold true for is his father, who Fleetwood only has disjointed and suppressed memories of.

+Excitable--> This is the dog that needs to be held back or drugged when something new and exciting is happening. He has no filter when it comes to this and can't help but ABSOLUTELY FREAK THE F*** OUT. Barking, jumping, racing around, dancing, you name it. He almost broke down a door once when company came over and he wasn't immediately allowed to give them the full Fleewood welcome party.

+Flirtatious--> Fleetwood loves the ladies. And the men. And everything in between and beyond.

Fleetwood spent the first year of his life living on the streets as a stray. He grew up with his two siblings and was lovingly taken care of by his mother. Being a young pup on the streets with a single parent isn't the easiest start in life and Fleetwood suffered through bouts of malnourishment, worms, and even a mild case of mange. His mother was killed when he and his siblings were still fairly young and the three young dogs tried to stick together. Unfortunately this didn't turn out well because of their extreme clashing personalities. Riley couldn't let go of her bitterness and hate so she left her brothers to fend for herself. Fleetwood isn't sure where ended up but has heard rumors of her living in the Junkyard. He has no idea what has become of his brother, Nico.

Left alone on the streets it soon became clear he wasn't cut out for life as a Stray. He was easily caught and sent to a pound where his myriad of health problems were quickly treated as well as being neutered. Once his fur began to grow back in and he gained some weight he was put up for adoption. At first he resisted any contact with people but soon came to see them as companions. Once he changed his tune he was quickly adopted by a single mother and her young daughter. They lived in a small aprtment in the city and were happy. Unfortunately the mother lost her job and could no longer afford to pay rent. The little family moved to Canidale and are now staying with the mother's parents, at least until she can get back on her feet.

Fleetwood is undyingly devoted to his people, especially his little girl, Louise. He has come to accept his owner's parents as his family and was delighted when he met their resident pet, a show dog saluki named Elsie. Though Fleetwood couldn't be happier with his new life, his new 'sister' doesn't seem as enthusiastic.
