Short Description: A petite dog covered in soft, curly fur. She is on the small side for her breed and, honestly, just small in general. Her eyes are heterochromatic, something she used to be self conscious about but now loves! Her ears are large and pointed with tufts are fur around the bases. She also loves her soft, bushy tail--perfect for curling around her paws on cold days.

Personality:

Spunky: A real go-getter, Eponine is very driven and determined. When she sets her mind to something, she won't give up until it's accomplished. This also goes to things she wants--she won't be satisfied until it belongs to her!

Romantic: Eponine has a tendency to see the world through rose colored glasses. She very much believes in "one true love", "soulmates", and possibly even "love at first sight". Sometimes she tries to play the role of matchmaker for other dogs to...various degrees of success. Some dogs would call Eponine naive, but she can't help it...she loves love.

Entitled: Growing up in a well-off, single child household made Eponine just a little spoiled. She's not used to hearing the word "no" and can often become pouty or sulky when denied something. Luckily, her mind often jumps from one thing to the next so quickly, she doesn't stay upset for long.

Confident: Eponine is incredibly comfortable in her own skin and has a positive outlook on life. She doesn't have any reason not to believe in herself. Sometimes this can come off as arrogant to the wrong dog, but Eponine will never apologize for being herself.

Charismatic: With her confidence and, lets face it, her beautiful looks, Eponine is a very charismatic dog. She naturally draws others towards her with her warmth and humor. 0 Tolerance: Although she's normally an incredibly kind and accepting dog, Eponine will NOT tolerate cruelty in any form. She's a dog who has no problems cutting toxic people out of her life, and helping others to do the same. It's very easy to gain her trust, but once broken, she does NOT forgive easily or ever. Thanks to her confidence, she knows her self worth and won't allow anyone to diminish it.

House Description: A small house in the village district, it's full of character and charm. Eponine is very into DIY and fixed the place up (mostly) all on her own. Maybe there are imperfections here and there (hey, who's perfect anyway?), but it only adds to the house's uniqueness. It's a small home with the interior painted in all warm colors. The outside is painted a cheery light-yellow with lots of windows. There are gardens surrounding the entire property. She has pictures and art hanging on almost every available wall and has various nick-nacks and other treasures scattered throughout. There is a small couch, loveseat, and bookshelf in the living area with an old tv. The kitchenette is small but quaint with a little eating nook for a round, two-person table. The bed is small and sometimes creaks a little, but being piled high in pillows and fuzzy blankets more than makes up for it. The bathroom is also small with a cute tub and matching sink and toilet. Of course there are plants and flowers EVERYWHERE, not to mention the stacks of journals and diaries.

Family: Her immediate family (mom and dad, no siblings) is not from the Pawprint Islands. But she does remember her mother mentioning the chance of a cousin or two living nearby...

Background: Eponine's mother and father met while her father was vacationing. Possibly the reason Eponine is such a romantic, her parents' relationship was "love at first sight". Her father comes from a very wealthy family and his own career meant Eponine grew up very comfortably in the countryside. Thanks to her mother, she is bi-lingual and can speak both English and French fluently. Although she was sometimes lonely without any brothers or sisters, she had plenty of cousins (her mother has 9 siblings!) who were more than willing to make up for it. Eponine became enamored with the written word and composing her own poems/stories at a young age. She thinks literature truly is the language of romance. When she was a teen, she started writing small articles for her local newspaper and became quite popular among the readers. Once she thought she was old enough to move out (her parents disagreed) she wanted to see the world. Again, thanks to her father's family, she was able to accomplish this with relative ease. For now she has settled in the Pawprint Islands where she works in a small flower shop (she grows many of her own flowers) while also freelance writing.
