And another!I was originally going to have him be an OTA....but I got attached...
I might still if I get a REALLY GOOD offer, but its unlikely.
This boy is an Icewing/Seawing hybrid.
His name is Hemlock (like the tree).
Considering his parents, Hemlock isn't haughty or disdainful towards other tribes like most Icewings. He grew up on a small island with his mother and father in the Bay of a Thousand Scales, towards the north of it.
He prefers to sit/wade in the shallows, mostly because if he goes down too deep the water begins to turn into slush near him. His stripes can still glow, but are much more dull because of their color.
