Sorry for late reply, I have been away from DA for a while.
it's our own system, entirely separate of High Tide, called Wasteland Ventures. It is nearing the finishing of the first set of PDFs, which includes the Core Rulebook, Mutant Manual, Magic Codex, Perk List and Wasteland Wares (so, core rulebook, enemy guide for GM, Magic Spells, perks and equipment list). We're currently taking a week off due to irl work, but I wager it's going to be done soon.

This is for a FoE tabletop roleplaying game, and it will be free. However, it is still very much underway and likely won't be complete in close future. My hopeful estimate is about a year from now, maybe.
