very nice, I like the colors and coloring style looks very cool and nice.
the kirlia's head looks excellent, although it's neck looks too long and it's arm too short. the gardevoir's neck also looks too long, and maybe too far back compared to the head. it's arms seem a bit off, and the angle of the two red protrusions from her chest don't match the angle of the chest itself.
as a whole though, the picture is well done, the coloring being the strongest aspect of it.
