Description
Had this idea when i randomly generated delcatty out of the random pokemon generator. [link] Jinx from teen titans had the sameish colour scheme so i made this haha.Colours are a bit messier than usual today.

first of all, i'm not a digital artist as you know, so sorry if some of my terms sound n00bish and don't make sense LOL
anways, i love the colouring on this~ especially on delcattyβ₯
the lighting and shading seem to be in the perfect places! 
i will say that the girl's hand looks a little...awkward? well, idk, it might be part of the character design, but it looks like she doesn't have a thumb and she has 5 just, regular fingers (sorry if this makes no sense), but other than that your anatomy and everything looks fine ~
for her eye, however, i think that since she's in side profile, her eye should be a bit...thinner/narrower, it's just generally depicted that way when you're in side profile, but i guess it's not that distracting, so it's fine
overall, great job on this~

Now let'see: I do like the lighting here and how you've gone for a more complex colour-scheme than with the original Jinx design from the show. Also, an unusual crossover but it freakin' works ;D How many of these Teen Titan/Pokemon crossovers do you have planned?
