Kebanzu MYO design. Might go with the name Nebula!
I had a similar idea for a pouflon, but I'll use it here first.
Not picky on exact markings. Wears a mini cloak / mini scarf.
Body Type: Soft
Horns: Goat (Uncommon)
Horn Markings: Tiger, Dragon
Eyes: Angular, Standard, Square
Mane: Full
Tail: Lion
Ears: Tufted, Tipped
Fur: Straight + Wavy
Markings: Spots, Stripes, Tum, eye Accent, Leg Border, Masked, Layer Fade.
